Monday, November 6, 2023 - Grapes from McLaren (73%) and Coonawarra (27%). Interesting sourcing because 2014 was a tough vintage. Aromas of blackberry, eucalyptus, vanilla, balsamic and game. Flavours of saline, eucalyptus, black fruits, mild bell peppers, and orange. A watery wine with Medium plus acidity and soft tannins. That 14.5% alcohol kicks in after two glasses 😂. Not bad for $17.
