Monday, November 6, 2023 - Quick note since this is final blend and my first note was a sample. Overall, just a fantastic wine. I didn't take any formal notes, but what stands out is the gorgeous maraschino cherry core, silky texture, crazy layers, firm back end acidity and overall elegance. This personifies "yum" in the most serious wine connoisseur terms. :)

While just about every 2021 I had over the weekend (at least a dozen) were super closed down, this was way more open for business. I think is will have a good shot at being the best of the vintages to date.
