Friday, November 3, 2023 - Mouton Rothschild Vertical: Finally drank the iconic 2000 bottle after drinking so many vintages of Mouton. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, violet, toast and spices. Medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. Did not decant. Pop and pour. Just entered its drinking window with potential to improve.
