Wednesday, November 8, 2023 - PnP and consumed over two nights. Light to medium garnet. Fragrant nose that is pretty, baking spice and mineral, some lush fruit still in the back. Trace of heat implying 14%+. Lovely weight on the palate. Quite vibrant and juicy, seamless texture. Black cherry. Wonderful at the moment, still plenty of time left.

Interesting juxtaposition on this on night 1 - the nose smells quite advanced while the palate drinks a lot younger with plenty of primary punch left.

Getting some interesting cumin, coriander and middle eastern spice notes on night 2.
