Friday, November 3, 2023 - Nose of sweet dark fruit. Reminds me of the taste of wine gums. Could not stop smelling it. Plum. Some Herbaceous notes
Taste was much less fruity. Very herbaceous. Thyme. Dill.
M tannin. Lower than expected and rather chalky. Dry. Best wine in quite a while.
