Tuesday, November 21, 2023 - Great typicity of the region on the nose; lime, white flowers, crushed rocks, and (I know, but I can’t unlearn it) tennis balls. All present on the palette, with a little seasoning of honey on the mid palette, and a great bitterness on the finish. Utterly bone dry. Delicious. Every sip gets better. Even better than the fantastic 2015.
