Friday, November 24, 2023 - Piemonte: Truffles instead of Turkey; 11/23/2023-12/2/2023 (Barolo, Barbaresco, Alto Piemonte and of course Alba): From Serralunga and even with the Brovia house style which you can really start to see across the three wines this is a bit more brawny in nature (more so even than the Villero which is still quite refined and elegant). This is powerful. More tannins. Still keeps the elegance but there is something just in general richer about this wine. Very lovely. Much more time required but it will be a truly beautiful wine.
