Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Color: Light to medium yellow. Nose: Not much going on. Mouth: Fresh. Good expressiveness and length. There is a fruity component, like quince. Quite wishy-washy and a bit boring. It is good wine but overpriced. To me it should be sold by the bucket (5 L) for 40 $. Would be nice in the summer to drink cooled. I would drink it with head cheese and other rustic charcuterie. It would make a great party wine if it would be cheaper.
