Wednesday, May 31, 2023 - Very pure and mineral on the nose. Layers of well defined orchard fruit. Hints of peach and pineapple. Intense on the palate with bursts of crisp, fresh apple, pear and lemon zest. Very precise. Drink now or hold.

WSET Notes:

Pale lemon.

Pronounced on the nose with apple, pear, pineapple, peach, lemon, wet stone. Youthful.

Pronounced and dry on the palate. Medium minus body, high acidity, medium alcohol, long finish.

Can drink now but has potential for ageing.
