Friday, November 24, 2023 - Tasted blind. No one guess it’s a Saint Aubin. The nose is performing as usual with notes of mineral, chalky, flint, white flora, grapefruit, green apple. High acidity and medium+ finish. Will probably improve with some ageing but not for long. Best to drink now to enjoy.
