Community Tasting Note

Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - Decanted 4h prior to a tasting dinner.

Garnet color with some sediment.

Nose was with lot of dark fruits and minerals with hints of flowers.
Good maturity with good structure and balance.

Good length and multi-layered finish.

For next round I would give it more air, but overall a great experience with lamb.
