Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Drank alongside 2010 JJ Prum Wehlener Auslese in magnum. This has also fully shed its baby fat and the sweetness has fully integrated into the wine, fluttering the edge of off-dry and med-sweetness. Really fantastic with food as the acid and balance really worked with most items on the menu. Showing tertiary complexity of straw, honey, creamy tropical fruit, and baked pineapples, this seems to have entered its peak. 93-94 peaking today, but can be held for another 5-10 years in its peak. I would not recommend to drink this too cold, but only slightly chilled.
