Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Half bottle opened and poured. Impressive deeply saturated color so typical of many 2020 reds. The fruit gushes out of the glass but is quickly joined by cooler herbal scents and surprising secondary perfume. Medium body with impressive concentration and depth. Dark red and black fruits, a fine thread of soil, cranberry acidity, and substantial ripe tannins. At once both large scaled and airy. Hardly painful to drink now, but full of potential.
