Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Drank this during a wine dinner at Phoenix Garden (Ngee Ann City). Theme of the Evening: Langton's Exceptional Cabernet Dinner. Wines were served two at a time for comparison and contrast.

One of the lighter weights of the evening, but this wine managed to hold its own against the heavy weights. Like a younger and lighter version of the Penfold's Bin 707, this is a textbook Cabernet Sauvignon from Penfold's, with the grapes coming from multi-regions and multi-vineyards, supported by use of French and American oak.

When compared to the 2008 Penfolds Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 707, this wine tastes much more straightforward with less complexity and lightweight.
