Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Medium garnet in color, no briking, some sediment. Muted on the nose. Barely noticeable red fruit and oak. On the palate, dry, acid is medium, tannins are angular, mouthfeel is rustic. Not sure this will improve. I don't think there's enough extract. Unfortunately this seems like it's passed peak.
