Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Double D for one hour and place in the fridge for about 10 min. The pairing wasn’t the best, sous vide Salmon with linguini and broccoli.
The wine is bold, dark, strong character, fair finish. Entering drinking period and should be at peak in about 2-5 years…
