Saturday, December 16, 2023 - Not showing its age at all. Very aromatic with citrus, honey, butterscotch, green apple, pear and minerals. Flavors of citrus, mineral, apple and a touch of oak. Well balanced with good acidity, nice mouthfeel. Long smooth finish. My last bottle, but years of life left.
