Saturday, December 2, 2023 - An unconventional Sancerre, one of a kind experience from legendary slopes of Mont Damnes. Francois eschews modern technology, prefers minimalist old school approach, organic & biodynamic practices, avoids pesticides and doesn’t filter his wines. In some vintages it was declassified because the local committee found them too atypical of Sancerre. Intense aroma of smoke, flint, sulphur, honey, dried yellow plums, wax. Medium+ body, concentrated, smoky, delicately creamy with explosive minerality and high acidity.
