Wednesday, December 20, 2023 - 30 min decant, enjoyed over several hours. This really started to shine around hour 2-3. Great example of Cabernet Franc. Lighter than a Cab Sav, but still good body. Medium body and finish. Drink now with some air or hold through 2028.
