Friday, December 22, 2023 - I believe I saw a recent note suggesting to drink sooner than later, so I opened one, and based on this bottle, I'd totally agree. Not what I was expecting, but I guess Freisa didn't like '18 so much. Good, balanced, easy to enjoy. Drink now. My last two bottles are 1800 miles away, but I'll perform reconnaissance in next months.
