Sunday, December 24, 2023 - My first taste of this, having let a dozen bottles sit in the cellar till now - tried one tonight. I hate to be the outlier here, but I wonder if this is overrated. Heavily, heavily oaked, and not giving the ripe fruit I expected of 2009. Perhaps another 10 years?

Had a tour this summer at PC and they strongly emphasized holding 10 years at the very minimum. Have to think annar might be on the right track in holding even longer.
