Monday, December 25, 2023 - 70% Grenache, 15% Counoise and 15% Syrah. The first of my 2 bottles. Ruby red. Creamy with a slight bite on the finish. More earthy than fruity. A traditional CdP. Notes of oak, pepper and plum. Among the 3 CdP that we opened with dinner this fell in the middle. 90 points.
