Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - 3hr decant at cellar temp. Poured about 20 min before dinner. Paired with beef tenderloin.

Expressive nose of dark black cherries, plum, graphite and dry tobacco. Tannins are smooth and fully integrated. I was actually a bit surprised how far along this is. I’d say it’s in its peak window. Drink now to 2028. Fruit is massive, but balanced.
