Monday, December 25, 2023 - Fantastic bottle - every bit as beautiful as the first one, after two flawed bottles, a relief. Aromatically complex and with real pungency and allure to the perfume, which is a harmony of delicate dark cassis fruit, dried flowers, and soil. Other things too but hard to name because the wine is so seamless. The nose is energetic too, fresh. The palate is perfectly harmonious and carries the complexity, grace, and energy of the nose all the way through the finish, which is pungent and long. This was a great bottle, and its hard to imagine what one could wish in this wine for that isn't already here.
