Fill was high into the neck.
Cork came out in two pcs.

Plopped and decanted (huge sediment! Lost one full glass!) for three hours, but the wine didn't come around before going to the restaurant. So we plopped a '98 Paleo instead.

Thin, acidic and (later on) sporting some dirt and a good dollop of oak. Still thin.

Put a cork in and will revisit tomorrow. Who knows? Lucky number seven??? Maybe Zeus and Dionysos will grant me my wish for grand pleasures by answering my praires?

Nose is a bit shy but very convincing. Enticing. I can't resist...
In the mouth, this seemingly remained slender etc "Unnecessarily Elegant".

But with tough cheeses it grew as much as it had to in order to subdue the cheese. Amazing job done!

Not at all a drink wine.
But after enough aeration, an @$$-kickin' food wine of proportion!

Would love to have this again: soon after 5, 10 and when I'm 80 yes old. Especially after understanding what it is and the amount of aeration it needs to start singing like one of the Three Tenors of Asia.
