Friday, December 29, 2023 - At downtown tasting room. Relatively tight for a Donna's, though typically floral and pepper driven profile. Boysenberry and pepper up front, structure enters on the mid palate, silky texture, like a young BDX in terms of the palate progression, huge potential. Copious, ripe tannins hang on the long finish.

5 additional years feels about right, given the structure and tightly wound aromatics.
