Saturday, December 30, 2023 - At Sud 777 in CD MX. Really a great match for the well spiced Mexican food (not spicy-hot is what I'm trying to say). Full bodied, oily, full of pear and apple on the opening, it rounds out with some stone fruits. A whiff of slate and gobs of minerality. Really nice. I should have stayed on this wine the whole night but had to move to another Riesling that wasn't as satisfying.
