Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Out of the bottle with a nice floral and earthy nose. Tasting plum, ripe blackberry, sorghum and heavy oak. A but too juicy for my taste. loving it but we’ll see how it opens up. Pre thanksgiving 2023
