Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Opened this at home over a gathering with my regular group of friends on New Year's Eve. We ordered food from Fresher Dinners.

A top class quality Riesling from Germany. Faint notes of honey, mandarin oranges, elderflower, fresh lime, green apples.

Sharp, precise, and a very focused wine. Delicious on its own, pairs well with food too.
