Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Barrel Sample - Concentrated black fruit, blackberry jam, black cherry, licorice, grilled fat, a hint of vanilla/oak, dark spices and earth. Excellent concentration, opulent ripe black fruit, bright acidity and earthy mineral. The biggest wine so far.
