Tuesday, January 2, 2024 - This drank beautifully. Let air for about 2.5hrs prior to enjoying. Had this with oysters to start, and a mushroom/bacon pasta as a main.
Nice golden yellow in the glass with notes of honeysuckle, oak, and dried fruits.
To me, this may be in its window, so drink up!
