Friday, January 5, 2024 - What a wine. Concentrated stuff! Very high acidity, yet a lovely balance. Almost a Riesling lime aftertaste. Quite reductive, but for my taste it is perfect. Long, long aftertaste. Would love to try this again in 5-10 years.
