Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Vibrant medium+ ruby. Nose is bright, baking spice, brown sugar, red-fruit profile bordering on ripe, some earthy notes underneath. The nose blossomed with just 15 minutes of bottle air relative to initial pop and pour. Almost medium on the palate, can feel a bit of alcohol on the tongue, very primary and delicious fresh cherry and strawberry; some cola and bubblegum elements for those fruits.

Tasty, could use some years to settle down just a smidge. This is a wine, certainly right now, you definitely want to serve slightly chilled at about 55 degrees to combat the alcohol notes.
