Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Complex and changing nose but mostly with black cherries, black tea and spices. First a lot of acidity(too much for me), but it comes together after an hour and turns into a fresh, balanced and quite subtle medium bodied wine, with dense sweet cherries to balance the acidity and a pretty long finish. Much better than than some years ago and when you dig into it, theres a touch of class.
