Thursday, January 4, 2024 - One hour splash decant.. Nose after decant was as described in my notes of 10-18-2021 and 12-30-2021 with the addition of some Dr. Pepper notes as well. In the mouth: similar taste profile as my earlier notes. Consumed with Argentine preparations of steak at Porzana in downtown Minneapolis. Wonderful match.
