Thursday, January 11, 2024 - Fantastic wine – flinty, reductive, smokey nose in the most pleasant way, along with lemon and rock. Beautiful mouthfeel, very mineral, a bit of lemon, rock and a pleasantly salty finish. This is really good, to be drunk on its own or to a light fish dish maybe. Will keep for a long time, but can easily be drunk with much pleasure now.
