Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Really enjoying this wine. Great balance, with some structure to age too. There’s a healthy dose of concentrated fruit here, but also a lot of earthy goodness too. Red fruited, never pushing dark, so there’s a great freshness here. Wood is used appropriately, never imposing itself on the wine. Again, and excellent value from Saul, and a wonderful wine.
