Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Brought to dinner at Crown Shy. Cork in great condition, just a short decant. Initially very soft and plush but started to pick up more body and structure with time. Fully mature with beautiful blackberry jam flavors and signature smoke and cigarbox. This is a perennial favorite of mine and I've had multiple bottles over the past 5-10 years. I think it is now starting to crest and needs to be consumed over the next 5 years, although it will always vary bottle by bottle.
