Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Smells like walking into an orthodox church. Such a unique wine. Herbal and savory like Frankincense, but still a floral and delicate expression of grenache. Acidity just right. Not as sweet as the 2019 and 2020 struck me; don’t know if that’s observation bias or a real difference. Will check in on other vintages next. This one A+ for me.
