Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - Still somewhat guarded after 3 hour decant off of abundant sediment. Black cherry, mocha, dusty, vanilla and moist saddle leather on the nose.

Medium bodied in the mouth. Dry fruit driven palate. Cocoa, mint, attic, granite, juicy, and mouth coating fine grained tannins are the supporting players.

Cerebral. Drinking well at age ten. 92-93.

No rush.
