Saturday, January 20, 2024 - This wine needs a lot of air and time to open up. I suggest double decanting it followed by pulling a vacuum on the bottle with a Vacuvin stopper and some hours of rest. Something like this rewarded us with excellent, but otherwise hidden fruit and complexity. Otherwise this is an enigma--a wine with high critical scores and no substance or complexity.
