Saturday, January 27, 2024 - N: Almond, crisp fruits, bready yeast, and a bit flinty
T: the 40 months on the lees are evident. My first reaction wasn't positive but each sip it improved more and more. Nuts, green apple, and a tiny bit of iron. Acidity is good but finish lingers and coats the mouth.
