Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Rich and with nice structure that pairs well with food. Not as finessed as other traditional Riojas, more of a big and bold style with riper fruit. Aroma intensity medium and medium complexity. Tannins round and medium, Acid fairly high to complement the high alcohol, sometimes drowning out the flavor intensity which is medium plus. Great value at a $12 price though.

V: ruby with a developing garnet rim
N: cherry and dried blueberry, pipe tobacco, cedar, herbs/dill, and chocolate/vanilla
P: dried blackberry, ripe cherry, vanilla and cedar
