Sunday, January 28, 2024 - This is as good as it will ever get. Broad and somewhat rich, but balanced, integrated and relaxed. Lemon peel, apple juice, light brown sugar, and hint of marshmallow. Good minerals, too. To my palate, it’s at peak.
