Monday, January 29, 2024 - Candied pineapple and a hint of petrol on the nose. Round and luscious mouthfeel; slightly unctuous. The palate brings waves of cream, tropical fruit, and citrus. Acidity is moderate but sufficient and there's a gentle tang that provides lift. Third vintage of this bottling I've tried and by far the best, with more complexity and pure deliciousness. A pleasure to drink.
