90 Points

Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - This was a pop and pour at a restaurant. It showed at its best after about an hour open with lovely and balanced tones of pears, lemon meringue, vanilla bean, red apples, elderflower, nougat, baking spice, saline, and yellow florals. The Medium bodied feel is textured and shows off the balance of the nose along with crisp, medium+ acidity. There is a real mouthwatering quality to the acidity that leans into a fresh finish. This could likely benefit from a couple of years to fully come together. It has been a bit since I've had a Sandhi and this is extremely enjoyable at a great price.
