Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Lovely yellow with gold tinge. Brisk seashells and brine nose, spritz of lemon acidity. Refined. Fine opening, brine crisp lemon zest dosed with a spray of honey. Feels light, refreshing and very nice and easy, but loses a bit of length on the finish.
