Monday, January 29, 2024 - Popped and poured. Fairly nice for an hour or so, much better than the last bottle even though from same case bought on release and properly stored. Still some fruit left with a hint of Mourvèdre sweetness. Drink up, doubt these will get any better and more likely on the way down.
