Thursday, February 8, 2024 - Brought this bottle to Chao Shan Cuisine for a Chinese New Year and Birthday Celebration.

Purple in colour with ripe berries on the nose. Plums, cedar, dark chocolate, vanilla, with green bell pepper, and a hint of spiciness.

A very food friendly wine at the current stage. A masterpiece in the making. The structure is forming up nicely with the elements coming together and flavours evolving. Slightly ahead of its time. Can consider opening it in a few years time.
