Sunday, February 11, 2024 - I coravined the wine but ended up drinking the whole bottle. On initial inspection the nose was supple with tertiary hints. First taste was somewhat acidic but over time the wine opened up and was pleasurable. It is not the 89 but I love this wine. I had it with filet in cast iron skillet with shallots, garlic and rosemary, caramelized onions, and lemon potatoes.
